    If you requested Express delivery via DHL, UPS or TNT, you can follow up your order online. Caserita.com will give you all the necessary data, such as the package number, the date of dispatch, etc. The Post Office of Bolivia does not offer this service yet.
  • Will you transmit my personal data to other sites?
    No, Caserita.com commits not to give personal data to third parties. By no means, your data will become public. Your personal data is stored in the registers of Caserita.com, for exclusive use of Caserita.com.
  • What do I do if products are missing or are damaged when I receive my order?
    In case one or more products are missing in your package:

    If it was a forgetfulness of our part, we commit to send the product (s) that is (are) missing, as soon as possible, and we will cover the shipment charges.

    Caserita.com works with the Post Office of Bolivia, each package we send has a number which facilitates the tracking of the package, this will allow us to find the reason for the problem, and a solution to make sure you get your order.

    If the products do not satisfy your order, we commit to send you the ordered products as soon as possible. We will contact you about the nature of the products you received and if it is necessary how to return them.

  • Isn’t it too risky to purchase through internet?
    Purchasing through the internet is as risky as any other purchase.     Once you have received your order, you can reject your purchase without reasons or penalties. Caserita.com will give you 7 business days starting the day after you received it. To return your order, the shipment charges will be covered by you.

    If this is the case, Caserita.com will reimburse you within the next 30 days after the reception of the notification indicating your rejection. However, for every package returned that is damaged, incomplete or dirty, the reimbursement will not take place.

  • What does the price include?
    The prices include the product itself and the packaging, the cost for transport and costs related to the order. However, there are other taxes according to the destination country (customs) that will be covered by the buyer. The prices are in Euros and American Dollars.
